This class will be looking at different dance genres through the ages and pull out appropriate, fun, maybe quirky routines that will get the heart pumping and the blood flowing. Using dance fitness and a combination of dance steps to create a full body workout suitable for all ages and abilities. Starting gently and building up the moves to create full routines. We will bring our favourites back. This subscription is an 11 month subscription term time only. This means that there will be no classes running throughout the school holidays.
